Advanced Aerials

The Brief

Advanced Aerials is a professional TV wall mounting and aerial installation company based in Tiptree, near Colchester, Essex. They needed a fast, modern website that would rank well in local search results and convert visitors into enquiries across their service area.

My Role

Full website design, development, SEO strategy, content creation and Google Ads campaign management. I built the site from scratch using Astro, a modern static site generator that produces lightning-fast pages with zero JavaScript overhead.

The Build

The site is built as a static Astro site deployed on Opalstack behind Cloudflare. Key technical decisions included:

• Astro static site generator for maximum performance and SEO
• Dual contact system with email form via Web3Forms plus WhatsApp integration for instant enquiries
• Location-specific landing pages for each town in the service area
• TrustATrader review integration to build social proof
• Advice and FAQ content hub to attract informational search traffic
• Google Ads conversion tracking with phone call and form submission goals

SEO & Local Landing Pages

I created dedicated landing pages targeting each key service area, including TV wall mounting in Chelmsford, Brentwood, Braintree, Maldon, Witham and Colchester. Each page is tailored with unique content, local context and optimised metadata to rank for location-based searches.

Content Strategy

To capture informational search intent and establish authority, I created a series of helpful advice articles including best height to mount a TV, how to hide TV cables, what TV bracket do I need, and mounting a TV on plasterboard. These drive organic traffic and position Advanced Aerials as the go-to experts in their field.
