Nishkam Nursery

The Brief

Nishkam Nursery is a faith-based early years education provider in Birmingham, offering a nurturing environment rooted in Sikh values. They needed a modern, welcoming website that would serve as the primary touchpoint for prospective parents, clearly communicating their ethos, curriculum approach and admissions process, while giving existing families easy access to newsletters and updates.

My Role

Full design and development of a WordPress multisite using Divi 5, covering site architecture, content strategy, page design and integration of parent-facing features including a newsletter archive and parent portal access.

The Build

Built on WordPress with Divi 5 as part of a multisite network, giving the trust centralised management across their education sites:

• WordPress Divi 5 multisite architecture for shared management across trust sites
• Dedicated admissions section with clear intake dates, eligibility criteria and downloadable forms
• Curriculum pages detailing the EYFS framework and faith-based enrichment programme
• Newsletter archive allowing parents to catch up on nursery news and events
• Gallery showcasing learning environments, outdoor spaces and children's activities
• Parent portal integration providing secure access to key documents and updates
• Fully responsive design optimised for parents browsing on mobile devices
